Face-2-Face

1 Hr. 15 min online Personalized Consultation and Face Workout

As every face is unique and tells a different story, a customized face diagnosis, and exercises uniquely crafted for you will yield better results.

This session is suitable for complete beginners and practicing Face Yogis who want a more personalized approach. This session includes:

  • Full Face Consultation and Assessment: We will discuss your areas of concern, specific goals and current lifestyle habits that could be affecting your face. We will also ascertain your aging type and what workouts would be best for you.
  • Breathwork for Beauty: Breath is the unsung hero of wellbeing. A few minutes of controlled yogic breathing has amazing benefits on the skin and face. We will do a few minutes of yogic breathing that activates the body’s Parasympathetic nervous system or the ‘rest and digest’ state leveraging relaxation. Controlled breathwork also improves circulation, oxygenation of cells, and minimizes the impact of stress on your skin giving you a radiant glow.
  • Posture exercises and warm-up. The foundation of a youthful face is correct posture. We will go through a short session on appropriate (face and body) posture. This will include warming up and neck, shoulder and chest exercises as tension in these areas can cause facial asymmetry, puffiness, and bloating.
  • Personalized Face Exercises tailored to the results you desire. You will be guided through exercises to awaken your full face followed by specific exercises tailored to target your areas of concern.
  • Face Massage/Relaxation Technique: You will be guided through a rejuvenating face massage/relaxation sequence for reducing tension in the face muscles and facilitation of lymphatic drainage of toxins and lactic acid produced during the face workout. This gives your face a natural lift and a radiant glow.
  • Tips for a more effective face yoga practice based on your lifestyle and needs
  • Q & A’s: You will have a few minutes to ask any questions

 

To get optimal benefits of Face Yoga, you are recommended to do at least 4 x Face-2-Face sessions over a period of 1 month to see better results. The initial consultation is 1 Hr. 15 minutes and the follow-up sessions take 45 minutes. All sessions following the initial Face-2-Face Consultation and workout session are priced at US $89 per session. We recommend at least a weeks’ break between 2 sessions so you have time to practice in between.

This session follows your personal consultation session and is only suitable for clients who have completed the Initial Face-2-Face Consultation session. This session includes:

  • Progress Update: Recap from the initial consultation session and an opportunity to discuss progress updates and queries from the Face yoga practice
  • Breathwork for beauty: Breath is the unsung hero of wellbeing and a few minutes of controlled breathing has amazing benefits for the skin and the face. We will do a few minutes of breathing exercises that improve circulation, oxygenation of cells and minimise the impact of stress on your skin giving you a radiant glow.
  • Posture exercises and warm up. The foundation of a youthful face is correct posture. This will include warming up and neck, shoulder, and chest exercises as tension in these areas can cause facial asymmetry, puffiness, and bloating.
  • Personalized Face Exercises. We will review the exercises recommended in the initial consultation session and add new exercises to target and combat your areas of concern.
